Correction requests

Noticed a factual error on one of our Stoneberry pages? Please include three things in your message so we can act quickly:

  • The exact page URL where the error appears
  • What the current content says and what it should say
  • A link to a primary source (official site, help center, government or verified review platform)

We review every correction request. If the fix is clear and documented, we update the page and add a brief correction note at the bottom. We date every page so you can see the most recent review.

Need help with your actual store account? We are an independent review site. We cannot see your orders, balance, payments, limit or shipping status. For anything about your personal Stoneberry account, contact the retailer directly:

Problems with a credit account

If a billing problem with any lender or store card is not resolved after you contact the company, you have options. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau accepts consumer complaints and forwards them to the business for a response. Keep copies of your statements, emails and any phone-call notes before you file.

What we do not answer

We cannot give personalized financial, legal or tax advice, approve or deny credit, or make account changes. Our content is general information for a U.S. audience. For personalized guidance, speak with a licensed professional or a nonprofit credit counselor.
