Stoneberry login and payment guide

How to reach your Stoneberry account safely, pay your bill and check your balance.

Stoneberry login

Account access is on the official website at stoneberry.com. Use the account link in the site header to sign in or create an account. We do not host a login page. You should never enter your password on any site other than stoneberry.com.

Phishing warning: search results for “Stoneberry login” sometimes include unrelated pages. Check that the address bar shows stoneberry.com before entering your details. The address bar should also show a padlock icon (HTTPS).

Login problems and how to fix them

  • Forgot password: use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. The retailer will email a reset link to the address on file.
  • Email address changed: you cannot reset the password online. Call customer service at 1-800-704-5480 to update the address first.
  • Account locked after failed attempts: wait 30 minutes and try again, or call customer service to unlock.
  • Site not loading: clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or load the site in private/incognito mode. Mobile data sometimes blocks shopping sites — try Wi-Fi.

Ways to make a Stoneberry payment

MethodHowNotes
OnlineMake a Payment page inside your accountFastest; keep the confirmation number
Phone1-800-704-5480Have your account number ready
MailRemittance address on your statementMail at least 7 to 10 days before due date

For every method, keep a record of the date, amount and confirmation number. Online and phone payments usually post within one business day. Mailed checks take longer. Avoid paying only the minimum — a small extra amount each month cuts total interest sharply.

Autopay

Some account holders can set up recurring monthly payments from a bank account. Autopay prevents accidental late fees but reduces your control over the amount. If your paycheck cycle changes, update the payment date right away so autopay does not pull on an empty account.

Check your Stoneberry balance

Your online account includes a Check My Balance page. It shows your current balance, available credit and the next payment due. Look at it before every order. Unshipped orders reduce available credit right away, so the number you see is not always the same as credit limit minus balance.

Missed a payment?

Pay as soon as you can and call customer service. Late payments can trigger fees, may limit new orders, and could be reported to credit bureaus if the account reports. If you cannot afford the payment, ask about payment arrangements before the account becomes seriously past due. Several reviewers mention limited hardship options, so call early.

Closing your Stoneberry account

First pay the balance to zero. Then call customer service and ask for the account to be closed. Request written confirmation by email. Some customers report difficulty closing accounts over the phone. Keep notes of the date, time and representative name for each call. If a closed account later shows a balance, send a dated written dispute.
